09:45 AM: Worked out on the treadmill for a half hour, walking and jogging approximately two miles, for walk 97 of 100 in 2011.
01:45 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
04:00 PM: Sisters Christine and Diane stopped by. Diane brought [Emmy] and I each a set of warm earmuffs for our upcoming day trip to New York City. Sweet. We also placed a conference call to Mom’s nursing home, to learn the details of why she did not (apparently) receive her lasix for the past couple weeks even though she showed obvious signs of fluid retention. They’re investigating and say that they’ll get back to us in the middle of next week.
07:00 PM: Watched the 2011-12-01 episode of Dr. Phil, called Anger Intervention.
07:50 PM: Watched the 2011-12-02 episode of Dr. Phil, called Chore Wars.
09:30 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
10:00 PM: Tagged, normalized, added, and updated approximately 135 songs from this and previous years to my music library from Promo Only. I now have 1468 songs from 2011.
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy].
11:10 PM: I’m heading to bed. More tomorrow.
12:05 AM: The daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count for this run is 797, down from 801 at last check. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
