08:30 AM: I’m up.
08:40 AM: Facebooked for several minutes. Friend count: 607 (up one). Fan count: 114 (unchanged).
09:15 AM: Worked out on the treadmill for a half hour, walking and jogging approximately 1.9 miles and burning off roughly 320 calories, for walk 100 of 100 in 2011. I made goal for this year. Awesome! Next year, I’ll try for 130 workouts.
02:15 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
05:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of Dr. Phil via the DVR, called Sibling Rivalry and Abuse. Amazing the things that people do to each other; even when married. Indeed, married people often treat each other worse than perfect strangers or friends would.
09:45 PM: Received a call from the hospital. They’re discharging Mom today, back to the nursing home. the hospitalist says that her fluid levels and kidney function have returned to normal. Also, her psychiatric meds have been adjusted to account for her elevated depression, and they feel that they can follow up with her adequately on this at the nursing home, rather than elsewhere.
07:30 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
10:00 PM: Tagged, normalized, added, and updated approximately 255 songs from this and previous years to my music library from Promo Only throughout today. Additionally, I found and removed some duplicates. I now have 2110 songs from 2011 cataloged.
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy], and we watched tonight’s episode of Hawaii Five-0. This is a really great remake show. Can’t wait for it to appear on Netflix.
12:05 AM: The daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count for this run is 796, up from 790 at last check. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
