Today’s Activities
- Shower. DONE.
- Cat duty. DONE. Cat duty involves cleaning the litter boxes, bagging the excess, feeding, and house cleaning cat dirt of all types.

09:30 AM: We’re up.
10:30 AM: I worked out on the treadmill for 40 minutes, walking and jogging approximately 2.2 miles and burning off roughly 360 calories, for walk 103 in 2011. I raised the speed from 3.7 to 3.9 miles-per-hour. At 15:00 into it, my heart rate hit 164 bpm. So I slowed back down to 3.7 MPH. I like to keep the heart rate at or below 160. I expect that in the next work out, it will take longer than fifteen minutes to hit the 160s. My focus on these exercise sessions is to burn the most calories in the least time.
01:30 PM: Continued packing for the upcoming New York City trip. Now you might wonder why it’s taking so long to pack, as we worked on this yesterday as well. Well, we’re not taking a whole lot. But we want to be sure we’re not forgetting anything important, and this cautiousness takes extra time.
02:15 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
04:45 PM: Nap time. Back later.
05:55 PM: I’m awake again.
06:00 PM: Tagged, normalized, added, and updated approximately 225 songs from this and previous years to my music library from Promo Only throughout today. I now have 3156 songs from 2011 cataloged.
08:00 PM: Watched tonight’s episode of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR.
08:45 PM: Leaving now for sister Mary Ann’s. We’ll be staying at her place overnight so we can leave for NYC at 6:00 AM tomorrow morning. We’re riding with her inlaw, Jane, Jane’s son, and a friend of Jane’s. We’ll return here either tomorrow night or early on Sunday.
09:30 PM: We arrived at sister Mary Ann’s house in State College. She has a beautifully finished basement that’s well-heated and insulated, and there’s a nice little quiet bedroom therein, where [Emmy] and I will sleep tonight.
11:00 PM: We hung out with sister Mary Ann and her oldest daughter for an hour or so, planning tomorrow’s NYC trip and shairing our excitements and eagerness about it.
11:15PM: We’re going to bed. Good night. Visit here again to more tomorrow.
12:05 AM: The daily traffic stats from yesterday for my blogs. The monthly keyword hit count for this run is 812, up from 810 at last check. The record high for this dimension remains at 1788. The next goal: 2000.
