- 06:00 PM: 1 bowl of Goya black bean soup with Parmesan cheese. 500 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 2 cups of Trop50 pomegranate blueberry juice. 100 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 1 banana. 125 calories.
- 11:10 PM: 2 servings of mixed nuts. 340 calories.
