Today’s Diet: 2011-12-14

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.  It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 181.0 pounds.  That’s unchanged from yesterday.  The 2011 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2011-10-24). The high weight is 185.5 pounds (established on 2011-04-13).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal tea throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 2 cups of orange juice.  220 calories.
  • 12:30 PM: 1 cup of organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 01:05 PM: 1 serving of lite apple sauce.  50 calories.
  • 02:40 PM: 4 slices of multi-grain toast with black raspberry jam and margarine.  800 calories.
  • 02:45 PM: 1 cup of organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 02:45 PM: 1 multivitamin.  0 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup.  200 calories.
  • 11:30 PM: 1 bowl of oatmeal with Parmesan cheese.  400 calories.

Total calories: 1830
