- Shower. DONE.
- Cat duty. DONE. Cat duty involves cleaning the litter boxes, bagging the excess, feeding, and house cleaning cat dirt of all types.
- Wash three loads of pending laundry. DONE.

10:30 AM: We’re up.
10:40 AM: Facebooked for several minutes. Friend count: 607 (unchanged). Fan count: 114 (unchanged).
11:30 AM: Worked out on the treadmill for 43 minutes, walking and jogging approximately 2.77 miles and burning off roughly 432 calories, for walk 107 in 2011. Walked for 21 minutes at 3.9 MPH with an incline of 7%. During this time, my heart rate peaked at 163 BPM at the very end of this medium-intensity portion of the workout. Then, I lowered the slope (incline) to 0% and raised the speed to 5 MPH, and jogged at this rate until the 40 minute mark. This second phase constitutes the high-speed portion of my workout.
12:45 PM: Leaving now for lunch with sister Mary Ann’s husband’s sister, and a couple of her friends. Back later.
02:45 PM: We just left the restaurant, and are stopping at the Hometown grocery store nearby to pick up some orange juice, cranberry sauce, and a few other tid bits.
03:15 PM: We’re back home. What a nice lunch, and we made a couple of new friends. The older lady took the New York trip with us last weekend, and the other was her daughter, whom she wanted us to meet.
04:15 PM: [Emmy] and I watched several episodes of The Secrets of Isis via my DVD player.
05:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless via the DVR.
06:00 PM: Watched KDKA TV’s Local News broadcast with [Emmy].
09:30 PM: We watched some more episodes of The Secrets of Isis via the DVD player.
10:50 PM: Watched tonight’s and all other pending episodes of NBC’s Nightly News via the DVR with [Emmy].
11:00 PM: I neither tagged nor added any new music today to my media library. However, I converted an normalized approximately 452 new songs, converting them from M4A to WAV, normalizing them, and finally, converting them from WAV to MP4. I’ll tag and add this batch throughout this weekend and early next week.
11:00 PM: We’re heading to bed. So, more tomorrow, and I hope you return to read that ‘more’.
