- 07:00 PM: 1 McDonald’s mushroom and Swiss Angus burger. 770 calories.
- 07:15 PM: 1 McDonald’s large French fries. 500 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 bowl of fresh grapefruit. 160 calories.
