Today’s Diet: 2012-01-14

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.  It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 182.0 pounds.  That’s down one from yesterday.  The 2012 year low weight so far: 182.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-14). The high weight is 184.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-01).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal teas throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 10:30 AM: 2 cups of organic skim milk.  160 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 2 clementines.  80 calories.
  • 06:00 PM: 2 East End hoagies.  1600 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: 8 crackers with cream cheese.  300 calories.

Total calories: 2140
