- 08:00 PM: 4 drinks. 400 calories.
- 11:00 PM: 2 slices of pumpernickel toast with margarine and blackberry jam. 800 calories.
- 12:00 AM: 1/2 cup of oat meal with Parmesan cheese. 200 calories.
