Today’s Diet: 2012-01-27

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.  It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 179.0 pounds.  That’s unchanged from yesterday.  The 2012 year low weight so far: 179.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-19). The high weight for 2012 so far is 184.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-01).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal teas throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 10:00 AM: 1 extra large Dunkin’ Donuts decaffeinated coffee with hazelnut flavoring and cream.  150 calories.
  • 01:00 PM: 1 chicken Caesar salad at Panera Bread.  510 calories.
  • 01:00 PM: 2 baguettes from Panera Bread.  280 calories.
  • 01:00 PM: 1 bowl of Panera Bread tomato soup with croutons.  290 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 14 Tastykake butterscotch krimpets throughout the day.  1680 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 2 cups of organic skim milk.  160 calories.

Total calories: 3070
