- 04:00 PM: 4 large sloppy Joes. 1600 calories.
- 07:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with 2 bananas and 1 cup of organic skim milk. 450 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 drink. 100 calories.
- 09:10 PM: 4 blood oranges. 160 calories.
