Today’s Diet: 2012-02-13

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.  It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 176.0 pounds.  That’s down one pound from yesterday.  The 2012 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2012-02-13). The high weight for 2012 so far: 184.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-01).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal teas throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 01:00 PM: 1 bowl of cooked oat meal with Parmesan cheese.  400 calories.
  • 04:00 PM: 3 blood oranges.  120 calories.
  • 04:05 PM: 3 clementines.  120 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 2 cups of milk.  160 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 4 drinks throughout the evening.  400 calories.

Total calories: 1200
