- 01:00 PM: 1/2 of a baked Italian sub. 800 calories.
- 07:00 PM: 1/2 of a baked Italian sub (left over from lunch). 800 calories.
- 09:00 PM: 2 cups of milk. 160 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 2 drinks throughout the evening. 200 calories.
