Today’s Diet: 2012-02-20

I keep this food and fitness diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, my weight, and blood pressure with the hope that seeing these numbers repeatedly and often decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.  It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

Weight Log

Today’s weight: 176.0 pounds.  That’s unchanged from yesterday.  The 2012 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2012-02-13). The high weight for 2012 so far: 184.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-01).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal teas throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 04:00 PM: 1 vanilla ice cream cone from Meadows.  400 calories.
  • 04:30 PM: 1 chocolate shake from Meadows.  400 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 1 bowl of cooked oat meal with Parmesan cheese.  400 calories.
  • 08:10 PM: 2 cups of almond drink, sweetened with maple flavored agave nectar.  200 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 1 cup of almond drink, sweetened with maple flavored agave nectar.  100 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 6 Oz. fresh blueberries.  90 calories.

Total calories: 1590
