Today, I consumed the following items:
- Herbal teas throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 10:15 AM: 2 clementines. 80 calories.
- 12:30 PM: 1 cheese steak sub (10 inch). 800 calories.
- 01:00 PM: 1 Snickers candy bar. 250 calories.
- 02:20 PM: 20 Oz. of Brisk iced tea. 200 calories.
- 03:15 PM: 2 clementines. 80 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios with organic skim milk. 200 calories.
- 08:00 PM: 2 small bananas. 250 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 3 drinks throughout the evening. 300 calories.
Total calories: 2160

- 08:30 PM: 1 bowl of cherries. 200 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 2 cups of organic skim milk. 160 calories.
- 10:45 PM: 1 bowl of oatmeal with Parmesan cheese. 350 calories.
