- 04:30 PM: 1 Slim Jim Monster original flavored beef stick. 290 calories.
- 04:45 PM: 1 multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 07:30 PM: 2 drinks. 200 calories.

- 06:15 PM: 2 cups of organic fat-free milk. 160 calories.
