Today’s weight: 176.0 pounds.  That’s unchanged from yesterday.  The 2012 year low weight so far: 176.0 pounds (established on 2012-02-13). The high weight for 2012 so far: 184.0 pounds (established on 2012-01-01).

Food Log

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal teas throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 01:00 PM: 1 large bowl of chicken noodle soup.  400 calories.
  • 01:10 PM: 1 banana.  125 calories.
  • 05:00 PM: 4 buckwheat pancakes with pure maple syrup.  800 calories.
  • 05:15 PM: 2 cups of almond drink with agave nectar sweetener.  200 calories.
  • 08:30 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios cereal with organic skim milk and blueberries.  400 calories.

Total calories: 1925

  • 03:15 PM: 2 cups of almond drink with agave nectar sweetener.  200 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 1 large bowl of pasta with Parmesan cheese.  1000 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 2 clementines.  80 calories.

Total calories: 1880

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Herbal teas throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 4 pancakes with Sohgave! maple-flavored agave nectar.  Never tried this syrup before.  It’s pretty good and tastes much like pure maple syrup.  However, the label on the Sohgave says that has a lower glycemic index (GI = 17), as opposed to pure maple syrup, that has a GI of 54 approximately.  800 calories.
  • 12:15 PM: 2 cups of milk.  160 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: 1 large bowl of whole-wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese.  1400 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 2 cups of almond drink with Sohgave! maple-flavored agave nectar to sweeten it a bit.  200 calories.

Total calories: 2560

  • 06:00 PM: Celery and blue cheese.  250 calories.
  • 06:15 PM: 1 dozen Buffalo chicken wings.  1000 calories.
  • 12:00 AM: 6 drinks and a couple beers throughout the evening.  1200 calories.

  • 01:00 PM: 1/2 of a baked Italian sub.  800 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: 1/2 of a baked Italian sub (left over from lunch).  800 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 2 cups of milk.  160 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 2 drinks throughout the evening.  200 calories.
